Before beginning a SafetyIMPACT! engagement, O/E
conducts a Site Assessment Visit and Evaluation, or a SAVE. A SAVE helps O/E to
better understand the level of opportunity for improvement within your
organization, and how to help you build a business case for implementing
SafetyIMPACT! at your company.
 A SAVE consists of a
site tour and a series of confidential interviews conducted with a cross
section of the location’s employees. O/E will provide you with either a
proposal for implementing SafetyIMPACT! at your organization that includes a
business case and projected return on investment or—when no reasonable business
case can be made—a list of observations and recommendations that you can
implement without SafetyIMPACT!
