Performance Improvement Coach
SafetyIMPACT! Coaches are experts in process improvement and guide the human elements associated with culture change. The coach is charged with helping the organizations to reengineer their Safety Inspection, Hazard and Injury Investigation, Safety Strategy Development, and Safety Workshop processes so that these activities align with the values of the world’s safest workplaces. SafetyIMPACT! Coaches come on-site up to 100 days over the duration of the project to ease an organization’s transition to one with a true safety culture.

HICAT
O/E’s proprietary Hazard Identification Correction and Tracking software application (or HICAT for short) is a stable, flexible software application designed specifically for tracking hazards from their initial identification, through their containment, and permanent corrective action. HICAT automatically sets completion deadlines, tracks progress, documents containment and corrective actions, and identifies hazard trends. HICAT even sends emails to the appropriate parties alerting them that they have been assigned a task or updating them on hazard status changes.

SafetyIMPACT! Mobile
O/E recently enhanced SafetyIMPACT! with the addition of wireless data entry. SafetyIMPACT! Mobile, allows inspectors to capture data while still in the proximity of a hazard and to photograph hazards; this results in faster responses to hazards, more hazards entered into HICAT and better data. SafetyIMPACT! Mobile can be used anywhere there is wireless coverage.
SafetyIMPACT! Mobile has been optimized for the handheld screen and breaks down data entry into simple, easy to complete forms whose liberal use of pull down menus and keyboard streamline the data entry process.

A key factor in this sustained effort is the SafetyIMPACT! Guide to Sustainment, an electronic performance support tool that is far more than a traditional user’s manual.
